12 Types of Personal Hygiene That Maintains Every Area of The Body Clean



There are many more types of hygiene activities that prevent your body from releasing unpleasant odour, skin irritation and disease.




1. Hand hygiene 

             Hands are the dirtiest part of the body because they touch many dirty things during the day.


2. Nail hygiene

             Toe and fingernails need regular maintenance because dirt accumulates under the nails, from where, it gets inside the body through food or by touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

3. Face hygiene

             Maintaining face hygiene means washing up your forehead, cheeks and eyes.

4. Oral hygiene

              The more bacteria is present in the mouth, the higher are the chance of developing oral disease such as tooth decay, cavities, bad breath and gingivitis.

5. Body hygiene ( skin care )

                The body constantly releasing sweat and dead skin cells which develops unpleasant order, pimples, ringworm and scabies.

6. Hair hygiene

                The hair produces oils that naturally feed it with healthy nutrients to maintain it healthier.

7. Ear hygiene

                Ear wax accumulates in the ear canal which attract dust, looks embarrassing and lead to hearing loss.

8. Foot hygiene

                 Wearing shoes all day long  promotes sweating which releases unpleasant smells, develops scabies and fungal growth. 

9. Food hygiene

               One of the worst type of poisoning is food poisoning because its severity may lead to feeling week, throwing up and even death.

10. Clothes hygiene

               You wear two layers of clothing. The internal layer of clothes is the vest, underwear, pants and T-shirts. These type of clothes are right next to your skin that absorbs sweat and dead skin cells which produces unpleasant ordor.
